“Nothing to fear, because you are in total control of what you do and receive. It's such a beautiful, open space, welcoming curiosity and authenticity. You will wish life was always this way.”

— Raf (RECALIM 2026)

Rachel and Nikkiema have come together to create a deep, delicious, and playful container; one that is sacred, trauma-aware, and carefully held, and also alive, curious, ecstatic, and a little wild.

This is a space for women ready to slow down, reconnect, and come home to their bodies; not just gently, but fully.

Across four days and three nights, we gather in a consent-rooted container that honours nervous system safety, personal agency, and deep respect for each woman's pace and boundaries. We move between stillness and aliveness, ritual and laughter, tenderness and power, sacredness and play.

We have been told by many in our community that they have been craving a space like this; something deeper than surface connection, more embodied than talk alone, more real than performance. Sydney, we're here to give you a taste.

This retreat is for you if...

You're done circling the edges of your own experience and ready to actually arrive. You long for depth rather than distraction, for connection that isn't performative, and for a space where your body, your desire, and your inner authority are all welcome at the table. You feel curious about pleasure and embodiment, and something in you is ready to reclaim what has been set aside, suppressed, or quietly shelved.

This is a women-only retreat. It may not be suitable if you are currently in acute psychological crisis or seeking clinical therapeutic support. Reach out here if you have questions before booking. Or, if you already know you're ready, we'd love to have you.

What We'll Explore

There is no fixed schedule published here, because these things are alive and we hold the right to move with the room and what is needed. What we can tell you is what this retreat is built around.

❋ Nervous system and somatic practice.

Regulation, embodied awareness, and somatic listening woven through every day.

❋ Ritual and ceremony.

Marking transition and transformation with intention.

❋ Breathwork journeys.

Guided sessions to access altered states and expanded presence.

❋ Pleasure and sexuality.

Reclaiming these as vitality, aliveness, and self-knowledge; grounded, consensual, and self-led.

❋ Archetypal and shadow work.

Meeting the parts that have been suppressed, shamed, or deemed too much, with reverence and curiosity.

❋ Ecstatic and playful expression.

Our closing ceremony; a facilitated, consent-based space for sensual embodiment, connection, and archetypal play. Sacred and ecstatic, grounded and wild, held and free.

❋ Deep rest and nature

Unstructured time, open skies, and space to breathe.

❋ Temple Night.

Movement, art, laughter, and the kind of aliveness that doesn't need to be explained.

  • "It takes a lot of discipline to be this free.”

    — Jarrah (Reclaim 2026)

  • “I feel more open to my sensuality, sexuality and embodied self. I notice a deeper sense of permission to express my desires, use my voice and ask for what I want.”

    — Sharleen (Reclaim 2026)

What's Included

RECLAIM is not a weekend away from your life. It is a weekend that changes how you return to it.

Over four days and three nights, you will be held in a fully facilitated container designed to move you through layers of yourself that don't get touched in the ordinary rhythm of your days. The facilitation is trauma-aware and deeply considered; the space is also alive, playful, and at times ecstatic. Both things are true at once, and both are intentional.

What's included across the weekend: three nights shared accommodation at Yanada Retreat, all meals from Thursday dinner through to Sunday breakfast, fully facilitated sessions each day, daily embodiment and nervous system practices, guided breathwork journeys, tantra and devotional touch, ritual and archetypal exploration, shadow integration work, ecstatic movement and playful group activities, integration circles, and a closing Temple Night ceremony. Time for deep rest, nature immersion, and unstructured connection is woven throughout, not bolted on at the end.

The pool, hydrotherapy spa, and surrounding bushland are yours to move through at your own pace between sessions. Clothes optional.

Yanada Retreat, St Albans

Yanada sits nestled in a lush green valley between the McDonald River and the Yengo Mountains, less than two hours from Sydney, and a world away from it. The moment you turn into the driveway, something in the body begins to soften. That's not incidental; it's why we chose it.

The property spans two fully furnished levels with deep wraparound verandahs open on three sides, looking out over the valley. There are Balinese day beds, an outdoor yoga terrace, a fire pit, and a pond at ground level. A 15-metre swimming pool sits at a private distance from the house with views across the valley. A hydrotherapy spa is tucked mid-level between the house and the grounds. The group hall is a dedicated facilitation space with its own quiet atmosphere. The bush surrounds the whole property, with private walking tracks leading up to a flat rock peak adjoining Yengo National Park.

Accommodation is shared across bedrooms and two luxury bell tents, all with quality linen and comfort. One deluxe private studio is available to add on at checkout for those who want their own space to land in.

Meals are hearty, nourishing, and vegetarian; the kind of food that sustains the body through deep work without weighing it down. You will be fed well.

Kangaroos visit. Kookaburras are loud in the morning. The nights are beautifully dark, quiet, and full of stars. All of that is part of it.

Large two-story house with a wrap-around deck, surrounded by greenery and trees, illuminated at dusk.
Open door leading outside to a natural landscape with trees, and a white Buddha statue on a side table inside.
A bedroom with a large bed dressed in white linens, two rolled white towels at the foot, and decorative blue pillows. Two wooden nightstands with wicker lamps sit beside the bed. There are two large windows with white curtains, showing a grassy outdoor scene. Two framed photographs of children hang on the white walls.

This is an investment in your body, your inner authority, and the parts of yourself that are ready to be reclaimed. We have priced this retreat to reflect the depth of what is on offer, and we want it to be accessible to the women who need it.

RECLAIM is hosted by Nikkiema and Rachel, the founders of Eden Events. Eden Events creates trauma-aware, consent-based spaces for embodiment, self-connection, and relational presence. Nikkiema Rai

Nikkiema is a Somatic Sexologist drawn to shadow, sensuality, and embodied transformation. She guides individuals and groups to the edges of experience, holding sacred, consent-rooted spaces where curiosity and presence meet. Through her work, people are invited to reconnect with themselves and others, cultivating self-awareness, embodied aliveness, and a fluid understanding of desire, power, and intimacy.

Blending somatic practices, psychological insight, and the language of the body, Nikkiema illuminates unconscious patterns and supports people in stepping into a fuller, more conscious expression of who they are. She designs experiences that honour both vulnerability and strength, where growth is felt as much as understood and presence becomes a doorway to profound personal insight and erotic freedom.

With a background in NLP, Ericksonian hypnosis, and trauma-informed care, Nikkiema brings precision, warmth, and the capacity to move energy where it needs to go. Her approach is playful, provocative, and transformative; she guides people into spaces where the things they have been circling finally get to be named, and where curiosity is taken seriously as a pathway to genuine self-knowledge and erotic freedom.

With a background in Process-Oriented Psychotherapy, erotic embodiment, and nervous system science, Rachel supports individuals and couples to reconnect with their bodies, desires, and inner truth. Her approach integrates breath, movement, self-pleasure practices, and relational energetics, always grounded in compassion, consent, and respect for each person’s unique pace and story.

Rachel has facilitated immersive workshops and intimacy education, guiding people to return to pleasure, expand their emotional and erotic range, and feel more fully alive. She recently spoke internationally in the United States at a leading Sexual Health event, sharing her work on coming back to pleasure in the body, trauma-informed eroticism, and tantric pathways to aliveness.
